We did.  They are a bit lighter, but with all the filtering capability of the larger white ones.  And they look a whole lot cooler in electric blue...

With the Seaplane Float Pump, you can expect to remove 1 gallon of water in a mere 12 seconds—significantly quicker than using a hand pump, which requires at least 10 full strokes to remove the same volume of water. Additionally, the combination of the Seaplane Float Pump and eco-filter removes invasive species, something you simply can't achieve with a hand pump.

It depends on the user. Considering that it takes at least 10 strokes per gallon only you can determine how many strokes you can do consistently while balancing on a float having to use two hands to pump. And again, you are not filtering out invasive species with this approach. 

 Over 5 gallons per minute by merely pulling the trigger on the drill. That is a gallon every 12 seconds, and you are only using one hand, leaving the other to help balance! So much more safe.

1-year on the pump and forever on the fittings with one exception...  If you damage the pump by either running it dry overheating it, or ingesting something in the pump itself, we will repair but at a slight expense to you.

We recommend 18v or greater. It needs to spin at least 2000 rpm.
